Reception Team

Our reception team are our first point of contact for all patient enquiries and are led by Kim Scott, our Administration and Reception Manager, and Sarah Walsh, our Deputy Reception Manager; they are able to assist with:

• scheduling and arranging clinical appointments.
• signposting patients to available services both internally and externally.
• welcoming patients to the Practice.
• registering new patients to the Practice.
• assisting with any patient-related administration tasks: updating contact details, receiving patient correspondence, registering new patients to the Practice.
