New eConsult System

We would like to thank all of our patients and staff for their patience whilst we have introduced our new eConsult triage system. We are delighted that we have processed over 450 eConsult requests from Thursday to Friday this week, and all patients have received a response from the Practice within 24 hours. If you are able, please do submit any appointment requests or administration queries via our eConsult service here. If you are unable to access our eConsult service online, a member of our reception team will be happy to submit a request on your behalf over the telephone.

 

Our eConsult service will open from 08.00am until 18.00pm, to allow our triage team to finish reviewing any requests before the Practice closes at 18.30pm. If you find the eConsult service closed before this time, this may be due to reduced capacity within the Practice; please await the eConsult service to re-open to submit any routine requests, or if your request is urgent, please contact the Practice by telephone.
